Strawberry Yoghurt Sauce
- 200ml Sugar-free Yoghurt -12 strawberries
- Mix 200ml sugar-free yoghurt and 12 strawberries in a blender until a liquid constancy.
- Add the blenders contents to a cream whipper.
- Use 1 CO2 charger. Shake the cream whipper for about 15 seconds.
- When serving make sure the whipper is facing downwards at a 90 degree angle.
