Cold Cappuccino

Iced Cappucino PhotoIngredients
  • 180mls Freeze Dried Cappuccino
  • 150mls Milk
  • 210 mls Heavy Cream
  • 2 tsp Prune Liqueur
  • 1/2 tps Liquid Sweetener

Method
  1.  Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until a even consistency.
  2.  Add the mixed ingredients to a cream whipper.
  3.  Add a cream charger. Shake the whipper fiercely for about 20 seconds.
  4. When serving make sure the whipper is facing downwards.
