- 180mls Freeze Dried Cappuccino
- 150mls Milk
- 210 mls Heavy Cream
- 2 tsp Prune Liqueur
- 1/2 tps Liquid Sweetener
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until a even consistency.
- Add the mixed ingredients to a cream whipper.
- Add a cream charger. Shake the whipper fiercely for about 20 seconds.
- When serving make sure the whipper is facing downwards.
