Cherry Mousse

Ingredients
  • 120 mls Cherry Juice
  • 2 tbs. powered sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamonCherry Mousse
  • 4 tbs. red wine
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

Method
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until a even consistency.
2. Add the mixed ingredients to a cream whipper.
3. Add a cream charger. Shake the whipper fiercely for about 20 seconds.
4. When serving make sure the whipper is facing downwards.
