Term and Condition of Purchase
Please use the products bought on Fine Whip.com.au strictly in accordance with the instruction manual issued with that product. Fine Whip will not knowingly sell any of the listed products to consumers who are intending on misusing them in any way. Warranty on every product becomes void if product isn't used in accordance to instructions.

Cream Charger Warning
Do not inhale contents. Nitrous Oxide charger contents are under pressure. Do not incinerate full chargers or expose to sun or heat. Do not allow temperature to exceed 50C or 122F. Never dispose of full chargers, always empty before disposing. Keep out of reach of children

We apply to the recommended guidelines set forth by the Compressed Gas Association in terms of distributing our product. No products will be sold to any minors, to any persons whom we may deem as intending to misuse the product/use it in a manner contrary to its intended purpose, or to any person to whom such a sale would constitute a violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Product Use Disclaimer
Upon purchase the purchaser hereby certifies the intended purpose for purchase of our products is for food preparation or another legitimate purpose. Buyer further certifies that they are making this purchase in full compliance of all applicable laws. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain and obey all applicable Local, State and Federal Laws in regard to possession and use of any item listed herein. Fine Whip assumes no liability associated with product usage. The buyer is liable and responsible for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind, arising out of the use or misuse of any item purchased from Fine Whip. In the event of an injury finewhip will not be liable for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind.

Credit Card Disclaimer

finewhip does not take responsibility for direct or indirect damages & consequential losses suffered by use of fraudulent or unauthorised credit cards.

By accepting these terms and conditions, the customer acknowledges that s/he has sufficient notice of this disclaimer, s/he has entered into this transaction and accepted this disclaimer of his or her own free will.

Ownership of site; Agreement to Terms of Use
Fine Whip reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. You may use information on Fine Whip's products and services (such as data sheets, knowledge base articles, and similar materials) purposely made available by Fine Whip for downloading from the Site, provided that you (1) not remove any proprietary notice language in all copies of such documents, (2) use such information only for your personal, non-commercial informational purpose and do not copy or post such information on any networked computer or broadcast it in any media, (3) make no modifications to any such information, and (4) not make any additional representations or warranties relating to such documents.

Fine Whip takes your privacy very seriously. Be assured that Fine Whip does not sell or rent your contact information to other marketers.
