I receive my item but it's not what I ordered, what should I do?
You have 30 calender days to return your item.
Please follow these instructions
1. Email refunds@finewhip.com.au stating your order number, date of order, your name and what you purchased.
2. Include at least 3 pictures of what you received with a total file size of no more than 2 mb (any thing over 2 mb we can't receive).
From this point a finewhip representative will contact you within 2 working days with further instructions.
Important: The items must NOT be opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in 100% re-saleable condition when we receive the items back .
Failure to comply with these terms will mean we can't process your claim.
