Can I change or cancel my order once submitted?
We are not able to cancel or modify orders once your payment has been processed. Once you have placed and paid for your order we are unable to cancel or make changes to it, even if it is a duplicate order.
This is why we advise you to check carefully the quantities and products purchased before making payment.
Exception to Policy
In some circumstances we will cancel or refund an order. This will be at the sole discretion of finewhip staff and there will be a $5.00 admin fee charged.
