30 Days Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return your item. After 30 calendar days please refer to our
extended buy back policy.
This policy is limited to a return of up to $500 of stock on one given order. Any return of stock over that amount will need to refer to our stock buy back policy.
Please read the following information before sending your item back.
1. ‘Change of mind’. If you do not want the item purchased, finewhip will refund the total purchase price minus postage, handling & insurance plus a $5.00 admin/re-stocking fee.
The item/s are NOT opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in 100% re-saleable condition when we receive the items back .

Gas Products (Chargers and Cartridges)
We will also accept stock back on partly used order (gas products only) if the gas product come back to us not opened, used or damaged and are in 100% resaleable condition.
For example;
You buy one carton of cream chargers but only use half of the carton. We will accept the other half of the carton if you send full unopened, undamaged packs.
Please be advised that if we receive part packs (i.e 5 chargers in a pack of 10) we can not refund on individual chargers.. So please do not send part packets of any gas product back to us.

2. Item not as described policy
We will replace your order once we receive the stock back.
Please follow these instructions
1. Email refunds@finewhip.com.au stating your order number, date of order, your name and what you purchased.
2. Include at least 3 pictures of what you received with a total file size of no more than 2 mb (any thing over 2 mb we can't receive).
From this point a finewhip representative will contact you within 2 working days with further instructions in processing your claim.
Important: The items must NOT be opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in 100% re-saleable condition when we receive the items back .
Falure to comply with these terms will mean we can't process your claim.
- Free Postage Items
On free postage items we will not refund the freight/postage cost.
2. The 30 day Return Policy applies if you follow the following process;

Email refund@finewhip.com.au with your order number and items you wish to return and any questions you need answering.

You have 15 days from the date of our acceptance email to return the item(s).
(Please Note: Please return your items via a traceable or registered post. finewhip can not take responsibility for any lost items during transit. Further more it is your responsibly to return the item to the advised address and not a transport depot or Post Office. We will not recognize you have sent the item back until it reaches our return item address.)

We will accept your items if the items are NOT opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in 100% re-saleable condition when we receive the items back.

We will then send you another email accepting the items back. From the date of this email please expect your refund within 7-14 days
Refund Method

Refunds will be made in the manor you purchased the items.
Gift Voucher Option

If you decide to take a gift voucher then we will wave the $5 admin fee and we will credit you for the value of the purchase price minus postage & handling.
Damaged of Faulty Goods
(Please follow the warranty advise with the product and contact the manufacturer directly for instructions.)
Some items are sold with a warranty that ensures what you ordered is received by you in good working order and is able to be used as intended by the manufacturer and / or as specified by us.
If a warranty is offered, the manufacturer will replace the product if it is found to be either damaged or not working correctly when it is received.
Under the warranty provisions, finewhip or the local distributor / manufacturer will repair or replace damaged or faulty goods.
Please follow the following steps;
1. Email the manufacturer and wait for advise directly. Please include a distription of the damage, order number, and items that are damaged.
If the product cannot be repaired or exchanged by the same or another item with at least the same specifications, then a credit voucher will be issued for the full amount plus the return postage.
It is a condition of each item's warranty that you securely pack the faulty or damaged item so that it is able to be returned to us or the local distributor / manufacturer via the transport carrier. We strongly recommend you retain the packaging your items comes in for the duration of the warranty period so that, in the unlikely event that you will need to return an item for repair or replacement, you will have adequate packaging available to do so. If you dispose of the packaging then it will be your responsibility to source alternative adequate packaging to use to return the item.
